Description:
Quads are here to stay.? A lot of people are willing to stiffen up their old thruster in exchange for down the line speed and extra stability. If we didn¡¯t offer the Punta as a quad, we¡¯d be doing a disservice to the speed freaks among us.

The Punta is our meat and potatoes shortboard. Though this full body comes dialed for heavy conditions, it will work well for almost anyone on almost anything. Width and thickness from nose to tail mean more surface on the water for earlier take-offs, a more stable ride, and generous speed down the wave face. A mild dome-deck and the shoulder to tail single? concave accentuate hard rails and a sticky base for hard carving strength. Pros will like it for smaller or chopped up days, while everyone, especially bigger surfers, will appreciate the extra foam under foot. The offered squash or round tails emphasize the utilitarianism of this all weather, extremely accessible tool. Punta is designed to unload on more waves, in more conditions and for more people than just about any other shortboard around.

Size:
Order this board at the same length as other shortboards. The goal here is utility, hammering as many and varied waves as possible, not slimming down.
